The spacious room offered magnificent views and a clean ambiance, perfect for unwinding after exploring the vibrant surroundings. I appreciated the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction, especially with their 24-hour front desk and room service, making it convenient for any late-night needs. While the local cuisine was delightful, with a variety of a la carte options, I loved that guests could purchase fresh octopus or fish from local fishermen, allowing for a personalized dining experience. The helpful staff, including Melvinmachira, Benedette, and Cynthia, enhanced our experience with their warmth and local insights, particularly regarding the African Pool, a must-visit for any traveler. The lush environment, complete with baobabs and rare plants, complemented moments at the pool where curious monkeys could occasionally be spotted. I did encounter a minor issue regarding housekeeping that impacted my overall comfort. Still, this destination remains ideal for relaxation and cultural immersion, especially for those who appreciate eco-friendly practices.
